PLEASE READ AND CONTACT ME BEFORE BOOKING THIS SERVICE !!! I DO NOT SHAMPOO hair before any permanent color service and neither should you within 48 hours before your appointment. If you need to shampoo your hair at home please do so prior. However, please come with your hair fully detangled and dry for the product application be aware that detangling matted hair can add an additional 30-40 minutes to an already 3-4 hour appointment . I am unable to apply any color or lightener to wet hair. For any chemical service you are always expected to be honest about all previous chemical services you have received. Any and all previous color services including semi-permanent, "rinses", Box dyes and professional color services must be mentioned during a consultation before your appointment. I will not be liable if you fail to be honest or mention all chemical services even if you are unsure always mention it.
