We love all of our clients at Janique Expressions Studios, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. CANCELLATIONS
At Janique Expressions Studio, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. Cancellations are understood, however, please try to cancel 48 hours before your appointment. You must cancel 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or your deposit will be kept and it is non-refundable. It will be paid upon booking your appointment via cash, cash app, or Apple Pay.
RUNNING LATE?
If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unnecessarily. If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment with no prior phone call or text message your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit for the appointment is non-refundable. It may still be decided that your appointment is cancelled with a phone call or text message but that will be communicated with you. Contact me if you have any questions.
